ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

 

 

1.       Enrolment opens on 1st September each year.  Many courses become full well before their commencement date, and early enrolment is advised.

 

2.       ALL ENROLMENT FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL, IN ADVANCE,    REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS ATTENDED.

 

The completed Enrolment Form and cheques made payable to "WEA" should be sent to the Enrolment Secretary.

 

The Enrolment Form is available as an A5 Word document.  Please right-click here, and “Save Target As” a file on your computer.  You may then either print it out and complete it in ink, or type in the entries before printing it out.

          *  A separate cheque should be submitted for each course.

 

*  For Language courses, please enrol direct with the Tutors as indicated.

 

3.       Enrolments cannot be made over the telephone or online. For enquiries only, an answerphone (266908) is available.  Please leave your name and daytime and evening telephone numbers.

 

4.       Confirmation of enrolment will be sent out as soon as full payment is received.  A stamped addressed envelope would be appreciated.

 

5.       Courses may have to be cancelled or altered if numbers are insufficient, or for various other reasons.  Notification of cancellation or alteration will be given as soon as possible, and cheques will be returned for cancelled courses and, if appropriate, for altered courses.  Refunds will not otherwise be made.

 

6.       Courses are FREE to those in receipt of unemployment or similar benefit, and some verification of this will be requested on enrolment
