31)  YOGA

Tutor: Emma Déprés

Yoga for body, breath and mind.  Practice of postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.  Suitable for beginners and those with more experience.

Tuesday mornings, 10.00 am11.30 am, at St. Pierre du Bois Community Hall (by the Post Office).

Two terms, each of ten weeks, commencing 30 September 2008, and recommencing on 13 January 2009.  A summer term may be available if there is sufficient demand.

32)  SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCING

Tutor: Jacqui Sallis

Dancing is great fun and excellent exercise    suitable for beginners and those with some experience.  From basic to more complicated dances, steps and formations.

Two terms, each of ten sessions, on Tuesdays, 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm, at the Forest Methodist Church Hall.

Commencing on 30 September 2008, and recommencing on 13 January 2009.

Tutor: Ross Inderwick

A Chinese system of exercises designed to relax mind and body and boost energy levels, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Two terms, each of ten weeks, on Tuesdays, 6.30 pm – 7.30 pm, at St. Pierre du Bois Community Hall (by the Post Office).

Commencing on 30 September 2008, and recommencing on 13 January 2009.

A series of talks from alternative health professionals, exploring natural ways to achieve a greater sense of well-being.
