29) CAKE DECORATING FOR BEGINNERS

Tutor:  Annette Carpentier

A fun course aimed at beginners, learning how to marzipan, ice and decorate a pre-made fruit cake just in time for Christmas.  Advice on materials and equipment will be given on enrolment.

5 sessions on Tuesdays, 8.00 pm - 9.30 pm, at the Vale Douzaine Room.

On 28 October, 11, 18, and 25, November, and 09 December 2008.

30)  WINE WITH REDHEAD

Tutor: David Redhead

Designed to attune your taste buds to all that is on offer in the flavours of wine.  Many students come back for more.  To quote: “A great course, and good to meet a wine anorak!”  Early booking advised.  Perhaps a good Christmas present.

6 sessions on Mondays, 8.00 pm9.30 pm, at the Vale Douzaine Room.
