This daytime multi-media art course is aimed at:
- Beginners and
- Intermediates who would like to gain confidence to create their own artwork and
- Those who want to gain new skills
and is a continuation of the autumn course, looking in more detail at drawing including measuring accurately, perspective, oil painting, acrylic painting using glazes and painted base coats, gouache, coloured inks and mixed-media.
Beginners will have an introduction to a range of different materials, disciplines and styles in art history. Intermediates will be encouraged to develop their skills and explore project based work.
Course tutor Frances Lemmon is a noted local artist who has her work in many private and public collections.
